Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right.
The location was perfect—very close to Busch Gardens, which made it super convenient for our family trip. The kids had a blast, and we all enjoyed a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a prime location, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!

The hotel was not at all what was advertised in photos. There was trash in the middle of the hallways. A propped up mattress outside in the garage. Bad smell. Covered parking area had construction equipment lying around and was very untidy. Pool area filthy. Very poor experience. We could not even stay one night. Cancelled reservation.

It was just a very dirty hotel. Staff was very friendly, but the experience wasn’t positive. The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty, and there was a pungent smell of weed every day. Definitely wouldn’t choose this place again. Seemed very run down.

When we first arrived we have to wait 20 minutes before anyone showed up to the front desk. Once we got back to our room later that night my husband realized the bedsheets were dirty. We were given new sheets to put on the bed ourselves. The room had an odor. The overall hotel was creepy and it seems as if a lot of construction works stay at this hotel. The hotel needs serious renovations. We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was decent, but this hotel has gone down significantly.
