No complaints!
Parking availability near the entrance is not abundant, though there is more around the back and opposite side. Staff were not overly friendly, however I had no issues either, so standard enough customer service.
Coffee was hot every morning and available early after using the gym at 5:00 am. The gym is 24 hours which is nice; there is a laundry room off of the gym with plenty of machines (coin operated) and a change machine which you don't always see. Breakfast was the standard Home2 offering and nothing worth much mentioning.
There is an outdoor pool, though it was too cold to use at this time. The room was clean and spacious and the kitchen was stocked with enough dishes/utensils for use.
I have no complaints and would choose this hotel again when I return to the area.

Perfect hotel for team stay!
The rooms were incredibly spacious. Each room had a pull-out sofa, full-size refrigerator, sink, and even a dishwasher. Plates, glasses and silverware were placed neatly in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. The room was thoughtfully designed down to the smallest but important details. I loved that the shower handle was on the opposite wall from the shower head! And the black-out shade worked great!
Each member of the front desk staff and management team was friendly and hospitable, and the student athletes LOVED the fresh baked cookies each night. The hot breakfast buffet was plentiful with many healthy options. They even use real plates and silverware...no paper/plastic here! And the sales team...not enough words to thank them for being so accommodating, not only to the team but to the many parents/alumni/friends that stayed at the hotel as well.
