Se vuoi nuotare mentre fai la doccia.
La pulizia della camera era molto inferiore rispetto ad altri hotel della stessa gamma - nessun zappatore e sembra che abbiano pulito a malapena. Specchi in bagno ancora sporchi.
Non ho intenzione di rimanere qui di nuovo.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for your concerns raised which I will certainly look into in more detail with my Team. Very unusual that I receive a negative comment about the cleanliness standards within the Hotel, never the less I will make my Head Housekeeper aware.

Incredibile come sempre - dovrebbe essere un IHG Flagship hotel!
Camera come sempre pulitissima, letti comodissimi che si possano immaginare e arredamento incantevole. Buona scelta di cibi e bevande nel ristorante / bar e un altro caloroso benvenuto come sempre da Conner (staff del bar) .
Colazione fantastica con ottime scelte, zona pranzo molto pulita e ottima scelta di cibo, niente è troppo disturbo e come sempre, accolti dalla simpaticissima Karen e serviti da Sarah che è un raggio di sole assoluto all'inizio di una giornata.
Non possiamo biasimare nessuno dei servizi e delle strutture e torniamo ogni volta sapendo che otterremo la stessa accoglienza e servizio.
Grazie a tutto lo staff!

Hotel e personale incredibile
Dal check - in con Kate, siamo stati trattati così bene che il personale non avrebbe potuto essere più disponibile e cordiale. La colazione era incredibile. Le camere erano perfettamente pulite, nonché spaziose e confortevoli
