Avoid!
We asked to see the property and there was marks all over the walls, dining room table broken, window upstairs broken meaning it was absolutely freezing, attic door was wide open and we were told by the man showing us around that the wind sometimes moves this so it may move again, food out of date left in the fridge and no fire alarms in the property which isn't even legal. Whilst looking around the woman was messaging us demanding the £250 to be paid straight away.
We refused to stay there and left. We got in touch with booking.com who sided with the owner as she is now refusing to give us a refund based on the fact we wouldn't give her the £250 security deposit. With the apartment in the state that it was why would we pay a security deposit into a private bank account, absolutely ridiculous.
Please avoid at all costs, stupidly enough we didn't get photos as we were in a rush to be at a spa afternoon we had booked. After the trouble we had just had it was very well needed, but please don't let her have a penny of your money!

Don’t book
The bathroom was a good standard and clean. As were the towels, linen however when we arrived there were crumbs all over the sofa, food left in the grill and both kitchen surfaces and table needed a clean. There were cleaning products and cloths so we did this ourselves.
The majority of blinds were damaged, the small kitchen window didn’t close, a radiator was off the wall, there was a mattress outside on the flat roof which was bizarre. The chair in the bedroom was broken so you couldn’t use it unless you kept it in the place where the owners had wedged it against the wall. The table in the lounge was damaged with material hanging down from it. The lights in the upstairs toilet didn’t work and there were lightbulbs missing from a few lights. This was a problem on the landing as it made the stairs very dark.
I will never stay here again.
