Casa perfetta da casa
Posizione perfetta per molti pub di Glasgow e ottimi collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici.
Li useremo di nuovo per soggiorni di lavoro di sicuro!

Mal mantenuto e gestito
Dopo questo incidente, l’allarme dell’ascensore ha continuato a suonare tutta la notte, portando senza dubbio a un sonno notturno disturbato per molti residenti.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback following your stay with us. I am so sorry to hear that you had a lift entrapment during your stay, and I am glad that the emergency services were on-hand to assist you. We do not operate a 24-hour reception, but we do strive to react to emergency calls as soon as we get them. We did have to get the company out to re-set the lifts which resulted in the alarm.
We carry out continual maintenance on the apartments when they are not occupied, but do rely on our guests letting us know if there are issues they come across so we can rectify them at the time.
We apologise that you did not have the experience we hope all of our guests do, but do hope you will visit us again in the future so we can show this was not our standard experience

Thank you for leaving your feedback, and I am sorry to hear of your experience. We do not have a Reception which is available 24 hours per day, which is why we strive to contact guests prior to their arrival to give the check in details. On occasion, when people book through a 3rd party, we rely on them providing the information to our guests. We do have an emergency telephone number which is manned, so I am sorry that you did not manage to reach someone when you called - we will look into the call log and follow up with the team.
Again, I am sorry that you did not have the greatest experience as this is not what I wish to hear from our guests.

Ok, ma c'è margine di miglioramento
Tuttavia, l'appartamento puzzava di sigarette, in particolare il bagno. Il ventilatore dell’estrattore in bagno non funzionava, un armadio le porte scorrevoli non si aprivano, una finestra non si apriva e il radiatore della sala perdeva. Anche l’allarme antifumo della cucina era stato disattivato (a quanto pare hanno avuto problemi con loro che si spegnevano e tutti venivano evacuati). Apparentemente questo è legale in quanto l'allarme fumo nella sala aperta è sufficiente / legale. Hmmm forse legale ma non ideale.
Quindi nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato ok, ma ho soggiornato in appartamenti meglio attrezzati.

Thank you so much for your review. I am sorry to hear that there were some maintenance troubles in your apartment. We do have someone on-site during the day who could have looked into these if you had let us know. The smell is not acceptable as we are a fully non-smoking building - I will follow up with the housekeeping team to ensure this is addressed.
Our apartments are 2 bedrooms, unless you book our Penthouse which has the 3rd room available. If you choose to come back, then that would be a good option for you.
