We booked the suite but there’s no hot water available, and we were not able to shower (-2 DegC day)
Seems like the entire hotel only had one staff running service duties

Cleaning
2. 17th Jan breakfast service was 3/10 had no guid or guidlines.
I stayed other hotels before Ramada, Novotel etc. But your service was a little bit expensive compared to their services.
And staffs comunications are a little bit harsh

However, we sincerely apologize for the significant heating issue you experienced.
I want to assure you that we take this feedback very seriously. Our maintenance team is conducting a thorough inspection of our heating system and individual room controls to prevent similar situations from occurring again.
