Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking qualities like relaxation, excellent service, etc. and will certainly return in the future

Not a Pleasant experience

I booked and paid on the hotel website 2 months before the stay date. During check in, reception claimed no payment was received and again ask for payment. After an extensive discussion, Reception eventually realized payment was already received. For them such inconvenience was normal, no remorse and when I requested to speak to a Manager she/he was unfortunately unavailable.

Best Experience in Summit Hotel Tacloban

The food is superb. The service is quality. Justine Arabejo was very accommodating in doing his job.
From the moment we arrived, Justine made sure we felt welcome. He was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Whether it was recommending dishes, refilling our drinks, or checking in to see if we needed anything, he did it with a smile.
The food was served quickly and tasted amazing. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Justine’s great service made the experience even better. He was professional yet approachable, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout our meal.
Good service makes a big difference, and Justine delivered. His dedication and warm attitude stood out, making our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by him again!

The best F&B host in Summit hotel

We were hosting an event in the Tacloban room for on March 27 for Enhance and our host and event coordinator was Eduardo. He is very efficient, kind and responsive to all inquiries. Super spot on polite, respectful and professional.
I have worked in the hotel industry for a long time and managed hotels and I can recognize a lot of potential in your employee.

Exceptional Staff

Had an amazing time here! Nice and clean room with the comfiest bed and pillows! The staff were exceptional-constantly friendly and always going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Also, their buffet at the resto serves good food too! Will definitely book again!
