Staying in this hotel has been brilliant and reminds me why I like staying in this chain of hotels. The staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is conducive to relaxation and rest.

불편을 드려 죄송합니다.
저희 호텔은 하자가 있는 곳을 즉시 보수를 하고 있으나 빠트린 부분이 있었던 것 같습니다.
좀 더 꼼꼼이 관리하겠습니다.
