Soggiorno di una settimana presso l'hotel
gratuita ma funziona in modo irregolare.
Le zanzare nelle camere da letto.
Terribilmente rumorosa. (HVAC, 10 + Everything was very good, altre camere etc. ..) Nessun
canali francesi alla TV.
Lati positivi:
Il personale nella norma.
La colazione gratuita e corretti.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your observations, during your recent stay in our Hotel, which allows us to assess your satisfaction with our services.
Unfortunately we could not exceed your expectations, however the faults mentioned in your reviews, we can justify.
Some of these problems occurred because, by this time of the year, Macaé suffers a lot from the great proliferation of mosquitoes and it is necessary some extra care to maintain the windows of the apartments closed.
As for the French TV channel , the NET TV company,hired recently, offers French programs through the channels 204 "TV 5" and 205 "TV E". This programming will be available in the coming days, as well as the 120MB link Wi Fi, already hired !!!!
The lack of quality in the provision of TV services, Wi Fi or any other, is not part of the standard of our services and we are working to reach solutions and new partners that satisfy the needs of our customers. We would like you to know that we are basing ourselves in your feedback to keep the focus on our improvement.
We hope that you give us another opportunity to have you again with us at our Hotel, so we are offering you a courtesy to be used when you need !
